Do workouts daily for atleast 30 min. 4.) Drink atleast 8-10 glasses of water everyday. 5.) Write your own to do least for the day. 6.) Eat a healthy breakfast to fuel your day. 7.) Take sleep for minium 6 hours daily. 8.) Try to eat more fruits and veggies. 9.) Connect with nature. 10.) Take regular phone breaks for atleast half an hour.
